Calibre Training & Development is accredited to train and assess a variety of mobile plant and machinery tickets. All our courses provide the participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to safely and efficiently operate plant equipment and machinery in a range of different working conditions.

Short Course Civil Construction units of competency provide a pathway for individuals working in the civil construction industry to upskill and obtain nationally recognised units of competency, also commonly known as “machine tickets”.

A plant operator course can significantly improve your skills.

We also do VOC’S (Verification of Competency) for heavy machinery and earthmoving machinery where we can convert your mine site authorisations to civil, RII and mine recognised units of competencies or Statement of Attainments.

All our training is done on modern plant machines and equipment and our trainers are industry experienced.

Participants must be a minimum of 17 years of age to sit the assessment, and be proficient in English.

Photo ID is required, and wear appropriate clothing and closed in shoes.

A short literacy and numeracy test will be required.

Participants must complete a Student Enrolment Form and USI Consent Form (if applicable).
